SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication with support of multiple radio access technologies (RAT). Platform for distribution of radio communication resources between multiple RAT modules includes radio communication hardware, configured to transmit and receive radio signals via a radio interface with the help of multiple RAT; and a radio communication scheduler, connected with the radio communication hardware and configured to receive requests for reservation of the time of radio communication, at that, every request includes a priority value for the request on reservation of radio communication time, and for determining whether to allow or deny every request for radio communication time reservation on the basis of priority values.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preventing of conflicts between multiple RAT.
