FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to the installation of a rotating part on a shaft. The universal removable hub comprises a disk coupled with the rotating element, a cylindrical split bush mounted on the shaft, a fixing screw to fix the disk on the bush, the screw is set in a threaded channel made between the disk and the bush parallel to the bush axis. The disk is fixed on the bush by the inclination of the threaded channel in the disk to the hub axis, herewith in the course of tightening the fixing screw in the quasiconical threaded channel the screw gets stuck and the shaft is clenched by the bush due to slight deformation of the split bush.
EFFECT: possibility to produce a bush of any length and fix a disk on the bush in the required position.
