SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in satellite communication systems. An apparatus (1) for distributing/receiving satellite signals includes a reflector (3), suitable for receiving and distributing radio signals, a distributing/receiving unit (2) which includes LNB (4), suitable for converting radio signals into electrical signals in a first frequency band, focused by the reflector (3), amplifying the electrical signals in the first frequency band and reducing the first frequency band to a first intermediate frequency band. The distributing/receiving unit (2) also includes a radiator (TX), suitable for amplifying electrical signals in a second intermediate frequency band having no common frequencies with the first intermediate frequency band, increasing the second intermediate frequency band to a second frequency band (S), converting the electrical signals in the second frequency band into radio signals and transmitting said radio signals to the reflector (3). The apparatus (1) also includes a housing (21), which includes a modulator (25) suitable for modulating electrical signals in the second intermediate frequency band, an output (32) suitable for transmitting electrical signals in the first intermediate frequency band to a decoder (31), and a coaxial cable (20) connecting the unit (2) and the housing (21).
