FIELD: radio communications. SUBSTANCE: radio communication system operating in at least two frequency diversity bands over 200 MHz has four-filer antenna 1 provided with elongated dielectric core whose dielectric constant is higher than 5 and coaxial conducting screen enclosing core part closest to its junction point, as well as feeder 1A passed through core up to point of connection to spiral antenna element at core end distant from this point. Antenna 1 functions in first frequency band where it demonstrates first (balanced) resonance-tuned mode characterized by current maxima and voltage minima at junction between spiral antenna and feeder and at their junctions with coaxial screen end, and also in second lower- or higher-frequency band where antenna 1 demonstrates second (unbalanced) resonance-tuned mode characterized by current maxima and voltage minima usually at ends of core as well as current minima and voltage maxima in one or more intermediate positions. Double-mode operation of system is ensured due to introduction of impedance-matching connecting platform 2A that can function as duplexer with its filters connected between common port of antenna 1 and next ports for connecting to radio signal processing equipment such as global-system locating receiver 4 and mobile telephone set 5 operating in two frequency bands.
