The control device is designed with a potential selective light source with electric power, which is supplied from the electric accumulator or from an external electrical circuit, and with potential actuation of a light source by electrical power from the electrical accumulator when the external electric circuit is subjected to high current load and the electric accumulator is charged through the external electrical circuit if the external electrical circuit is loaded by low current.
