FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting technology and can be used in the manufacture of suspended linear modular luminaires. Lighting system comprises a guide having a first and a second rail running equidistantly from each other. First and second rails comprise, respectively, first and second electrically conductive strips electrically insulated from each other. Lighting module comprises first and second electrical contacts, and in the installed position, the lighting module rests under gravity on the first and second rails. In the installed position, the first and second electrical contacts create an electrical connection to the corresponding one of the electrically conductive strips.
EFFECT: technical result is the simplification of the assembly and dismantling of the luminaire.
