FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: unit comprises line of oil supply to fractionation unit, equipped with waste heat exchanger, with line of supply of oil fractions mixture with thermolysis product, and connected by line of supply of specified cooled mixture with stabilisation unit provided with lines of output of treated oil and stabilisation gas, and fractionation unit is provided with lines of output of light and heavy oil fractions, and is connected with thermolysis unit by line of fraction 340-540°C supply equipped with fired furnace. Lines of output of light and heavy oil fractions are connected to the line of output of the thermolysis product creating the line of supply of mixture of oil fractions and thermolysis product. The thermolysis unit is equipped with separation device provided with line of thermolysis vapours outlet and line of thermolysis residues outlet, that is divided to line of circulation of part of the thermolysis residues connected to line of fraction 340-540°C supply to the thermolysis unit upstream the furnace, and line for output of balance part of the thermolysis residues connected with line of output of thermolysis vapours and creates line of output of thermolysis product.
EFFECT: reduced oil viscosity and pour point.
