FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of high-viscosity oil and can be used for preparation of high-viscosity paraffin oil for pipeline transportation in oil industry. Disclosed is a plant for thermal additional treatment of high-viscosity paraffin oil, including a cooling and stabilization system, a fractionating column with vapor and residual fraction output lines, connected by a thermolysis vapor supply line with a thermolysis unit equipped with a circulating thermolysis residue supply line, and a furnace, wherein the cooling and stabilization system consists of a refrigerator-condenser and a dephlegmator installed on the fractionation vapors discharge line, equipped with heavy and light fractions discharge lines, respectively, wherein light fraction output line is connected to residual fraction output line, and the thermolysis unit is equipped with lines for feeding the circulating thermolysis residue into the line for outputting the residual fraction and the balance residue of thermolysis into the fractionation vapor output line and includes in-series connected by residues supply lines separator and evaporator of high pressure, evaporator and separator of low pressure, wherein the high-pressure separator vapor discharge line is connected to the high-pressure evaporator residue supply line, vapors discharge line from low-pressure evaporator is connected to thermolysis vapor supply line from high-pressure evaporator, on which there is an ejector connected to low-pressure separator by vapor supply line.

EFFECT: simplification of installation, increase of degree of reduction of viscosity and pour point of oil and elimination of danger of coking of fractionating column.
