FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction materials industry, more particularly to producing polymer binding agents for polymer concretes. The polymer binding agent contains polyesteracrylate resin; a hardening initiator is cyclohexanone peroxide; a hardening accelerator is cobalt ocroate in the following ratio, wt %: polyesteracrylate resin - 91.2-94.4; cyclohexanone peroxide - 1.5-3.7; cobalt octoate - the rest.
EFFECT: invention enables increasing the strength properties of the polymer binding agent and based polymer concretes.
