SUBSTANCE: system contains power supply devices, electronic microprocessor controllers adapted for the control of the motor, transmission and operating equipment, instruments of low-voltage equipment, sensors for operating parameters of the vehicle, control bodies and operator's panel. In the system work permit for unqualified persons is limited; allowable operating parameters of the machine are limited depending on the operator's qualification; data on safety regulations for the operation of the vehicle and works production card are displayed at the operator's panel. An input into nonvolatile memory and display of data on the technical state of the vehicle is provided; safe filling of the vehicle with fuel and start-up of the motor are ensured; safe control of the vehicle operation is provided at slopes, steep ascents and descents and near power transmission lines; availability of a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and other objects required for the safe work of the operator is ensured. Different alternatives of sound and light signalling on the vehicle operation are implemented. A change in maximum permitted operation modes of the vehicle is made depending on the availability of ROPS; signals from sensors of safe belts and the cabin door position, other functions of safe control are implemented for different conditions and modes of the vehicle operation.
