SUBSTANCE: electromechanical transmission comprises generating mechanotronic module engaged with ICE for conversion of engine mechanical output into electric power. Besides, it comprises traction mechanotronic modules in number equal to that of self-propelled vehicle drive wheels or caterpillars engaged via power links with generating mechanotronic module and adapted for conversion of electric power into mechanical power to drive wheels and LH and RH caterpillars. Said traction mechanotronic modules, operator's panel and transmission control component are interconnected by serial digital data transfer bus.
