The variator also includes circumferentially fixed around the input shaft of the support rollers, each mounted eccentrically on the rotation axles, which are connected with a axles position changing mechanism relative to rollers rotation axles on the output shaft carrier. Pretensioning mechanism configured with the ability to press the rollers on the input shaft to the rollers on the output shaft carrier, and the pressing force changing mechanism for the rollers on the bearing rollers output shaft carrier arranged on a side opposite to the input shaft rollers location.
EFFECT: increase service life of variator.
