FIELD: technological process with the use of lifting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technological process with the use of lifting equipment, in particular portal systems, and can be used when lifting, changing the position and loading heavy large products, mainly cylindrical products. For tilting large cylindrical cargo, a gantry lifting system is mounted including at least four hydraulic supports mounted on rails autonomously and remotely controlled with telescopic struts interconnected in pairs by transverse beams. Each beam has a suspension device with a lifting device, a suspension device with a rotating shaft, rigging devices in the form of brackets, slings and a hook on a lifting device. After that, a vehicle is fed into the portal system with a load placed on the cradles, which, together with the cradle, is mounted on mobile supports placed between the guides of the portal system using the hydraulic travel of the vehicle suspension. After that, the vehicle is taken out of the work area, and the traction and lifting ring slings are fixed through the lifting shackles of each transverse beam. The traction sling is fixed with one end on the hook of the lifting device, then pulled under the load and with the second end is fixed in a lifting bracket placed at one of the ends of the lifting ring sling, which is also pulled under the load and fixed in the lifting bracket of the traction sling, after which it is pulled out by remote control upward telescopic racks of hydraulic supports. The load placed in the loop formed by the lifting ring sling is lifted above the cradle, then the lifting device is lifted, simultaneously with which the hook and the traction sling also begin to rise and pull the lifting ring sling, which is set in motion due to the rotation of the suspension shaft. The rotational movement is transmitted to the load, its position changes in space by the value of a given angle, upon reaching which the load is already in the changed position is lowered onto the cradle, together with which it is again installed on the vehicle and removed from the portal system.

EFFECT: invention simplifies and optimizes the process of tilting large-sized cargo with the provision of the possibility of changing its position and reducing the dimensions in height and/or width during lifting, loading and transportation.
