FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The source material, comprising polyembryonic seeds, is used as self-fertile populations. The concentration of polyembryonic seeds in the population is increased with two-fold or more selection, and after their germination and separation of twin sprouts the growth of plants is completed to tillering phase, is selected with developed root system, and a set of chromosomes is doubled by colchicination.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase productivity and efficiency while reducing the labor intensity of obtaining homozygous lines based on haploids occurring in plants with polyembryony.
