FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device contains work bath and additional tanks for the process solutions connected with the work bath by flexible hoses equipped with shutoff devices, coil-winding drum located at centre of the work bath and equipped with gear of its vertical movement and gear of its periodic rotation around the vertical axis CW and CCW. The coil-winding drum is made with slot for the front tape end securing, the front tape end is located inside the coil, and in the work bath the device limiting rotation of the rear tape end is installed, the rear tape end is outside the coil. Each additional tank for the process solution is made as tank with internal cylindrical surface and external cylindrical surface, at that the work bath and said additional tanks are installed coaxially, and work bath is equipped with gear for its movement along the vertical axis.

EFFECT: increasing of compactness and design simplification of the device for metal tape treatment in the coil due to vertical movement of the work bath only.
