The invention provides a system and a device for transmitting high-power laser radiation over a long distance without significant loss of power. The invention also provides systems and configuration of a fibre-optic cable and the structure of optical fibre, designed to transmit laser radiation over long distances to a tool or a surface to activate or operate the tool or perform operations on the surface.
EFFECT: preventing losses caused by nonlinear effects, facilitating transmission of high-power laser radiation over long distances without significant loss of power.
