FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: this unit comprises reel holder 1 with at least one thrust cone 2 provided with brake drum 3 interacting with brake 4. The latter ensures an invariable film tension in drawing along with unwinding set of rollers 5 with drive 15. Support and pressure plates are provided with the drive and to lock the film at their interaction for its cutout. Mid plate is coupled with pressure plate by means of springs locking said pressure plate at support plate. At least one welding device is connected with mid plate by springs and interacting with pressure plate drive. At least one cutter is coupled with pressure plate drive. Note here that springs connecting said welding device and pressure plate with mid plate allow a uniform pressing of welding device to container being packed. Besides, they compensate for pressure plate stroke and allow a sequential film pressing, preliminary film soldering to the tape, cutting out and final welding of film to said tape at one pressure plate stroke. This plant incorporates straightening cones 16 arranged in film displacement direction downstream of soldering assembly to straighten the film at the unit outlet and to rule out film folding. It includes also the photo mark pickup 17 to set the unit to operation by said photo mark arranged at film exit from unwinding assembly. Drawing length pickup 18 is installed at film soldering assembly inlet to correct pho mark spacing.
