FIELD: welding of plastics, in particular, devices for packing of products in thermoplastic polymeric semisleeve film. SUBSTANCE: device has a roll reel-out assembly mounted on the bed with a jockey roller and rod, accumulator and a weld assembly. The weld assembly uses a clamping cross-piece carrying a wire electric heater with axial spring compensators. The cross- piece is positioned above a flexible support. Separator is secured in parallel with the reel-out assembly rod. The rod has punches in the form of gear-wheels located in the body together with the accumulator. The body is suspended from a horizontal plunger freely installed in the bed guides. The clamping cross-piece is made as a swinging spring-loaded frame installed on the support axle. The clamp carrying the electric heater is secured on the frame. The clamp, electric heater and support are L-shaped. EFFECT: reduced expenditures connected with production, enhanced range of used film and kinds of product packages. 3 dwg
