SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Payload landing process exploiting the wing consists in application of kinetic energy accumulated at descent path section to impart extra pulse to forward spinning. The wing makes a complete turn about payload to change into windmilling about horizontal axis. Control over windmilling and descent path is executed by cyclic change of wing outer panel angles of attacks and curvature of profile.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of soft wing area use in gliding descent and engine drive flight.
