FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: access to lateral wall of attic is performed by cut on transitional fold in parotid region. Soft tissues are detached. Skin of posterior wall of external auditory meatus is separated. Attic is opened with drill. Attic is restored by means of laying thinned transplant Alloplant "allogenic cartilage". Used is transplant to 1.0 mm thick and diameter, formed by the size of bone defect edges. Transplant is made more flexible by performing semi-penetrating cuts on its entire length from one side. Malleability of transplant is formed by transplant bending.
EFFECT: reliable restoration of lateral wall of attic, preservation of acoustic characteristics of middle ear, effective mechanism of auditory meatus self-cleaning due to application of preliminarily thinned transplant Alloplant allogenic cartilage, high cosmetic effect of operation due to realisation of access in parotid region.
