FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: substance of the method consists in an infra-aural approach performed by separating skin of an external auditory canal followed by closing an eardrum with a graft. Herewith, a retraction pocket and a carious-involved bone of a lateral attic wall are removed. The graft is presented by a chondroperichondral flap from tragal cartilage or earflap. It is formed so that a central portion of the flap is coupled with perichondrium, while its size matches with a defect of the lateral attic wall. For this purpose, the cartilage flap is laid in the defect of the lateral attic wall, while perichondrium is laid on posterior and superior walls of the external auditory canal, and on or under handle of a hammer. The graft is covered by a meatothympanic flap from above.

EFFECT: use of the given invention enables the intraoperative repair of the lateral attic wall by the chondroperichondral flap, creating the reliable graft preventing secondary retraction of the eardrum, restoring aeration of the middle ear and auditory function.
