SUBSTANCE: proposed invention that relates to methods and devices for receiving multibeam signal in code-division communication systems and can be used in receiving devices of base and mobile stations is characterized in that number of single-beam receivers where time positions of reference signals can assume rather close values (lower than one pseudorandom train chip) is periodically evaluated and where number and time positions of reference signals of single-beam receivers being used are optimized during reception of cluster-structure multibeam signal.
