FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of combustion of liquid coal fuel includes the preparation of solid carboniferous substance as a disperse phase in the liquid disperse medium for combustion, supply of a fuel disperse system into pneumo-mechanical nozzles, gas inflation and its dispersion on burners in the combustion chamber and extraction of thermal load by a heat carrier in the form of heated water vapour. The fuel disperse system is the binary suspension and emulsion mix of products of pyrolysis of brown coal in which the solid disperse phase is presented by the semi-coke microparticles enclosed in microdrops of resin fraction, and the liquid disperse medium is presented by subresin water, ignition is performed by burner combustion of pyrolysis gas or mix of pyrolysis gas and air, after the pre-heating of the combustion chamber into the high-speed flow of pyrolysis gas the liquid coal fuel is ejected, then the gas-liquid mix by throttling is supplied from the pneumo-mechanical nozzles to burners in the combustion chamber. Injected dispersion is performed on counter burners along the centreline of the spherical, cylindrical or toroidal combustion chamber, forming three temperature zones of furnace space, central - high-temperature, medium - medium temperature and peripheral - low-temperature, due to consecutive combustion of gas, liquid and solid fuel phases on burners, and discharge of thermal load is performed by three different heat systems of heat extraction elements - high-temperature, medium temperature and low-temperature, by means of heat carriers according to the intended use conforming to their properties: direct steam from the high-temperature system of heat extraction elements - for generation of electric power in the steam turbine, superheated steam from medium temperature system of heat extraction elements - for heating of buildings and structures, low-temperature steam from low-temperature system of heat extraction elements - as process steam.
EFFECT: increase of level of technological effectiveness of combustion, improvement of economic indicators and environmental friendliness of process of combustion of liquid coal fuel.
