FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises directing grinded 2-mm fraction to produce a water-coal fuel containing 40-70% of solid phase, directing the water-coal fuel produced to the nozzles, supplying heated air to the nozzles, and dividing the jet of water-coal fuel into drops whose sizes depend on the coal density and its concentration in the water-coal fuel. The drops of the water-coal fuel and 2-8-mm fraction are simultaneously supplied from above to the fluidized bed of inertia material.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
