FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a technology used in compression or expansion of multi-phase fluid medium in a system of fluid medium treatment. The device of multi-phase fluid medium compression according to the first version comprises the first pipeline, a device of protection against a piston, connected with the first pipeline, a centrifugal compressor connected with an outlet of the device of protection against a piston, and a distributing pipeline connected with the compressor. The device according to the second version comprises the first pipeline, a spray device connected to the first pipeline, a compressor connected with the outlet of the spray device, and a distributing pipeline connected with the compressor. The device for multi-phase fluid medium expansion according to the first version comprises the first pipeline, a device of protection against a piston, an expander and a pipeline connected with the expander to transport multi-phase fluid medium to the necessary location. The device according to the second version comprises the first pipeline, a spray device, an expander and a distributing pipeline. The method to compress a multi-phase fluid medium includes stages, when they provide devices of protection against a piston or a spray device, send the flow of multi-phase fluid medium into the device of protection against a piston or the spray device, send the flow leaving the device of protection against a piston or the spray device into the receiving part of the centrifugal compressor, and the multi-phase fluid medium is compressed. The method to compress the multi-phase fluid medium comprises components of fluid and gas, at the same time the method includes stages, when they separate liquid from gas in the body, spray the liquid, repeatedly send the sprayed liquid back into the gas flow and compress the produced mix of the sprayed liquid and gas. The method to expand the compressed multi-phase fluid medium according to the first version includes stages, when they provide a device of protection against a piston or a spray device, send the flow of multi-phase fluid medium into the device of protection against a piston or the spray device, send the flow leaving the device of protection against a piston or the spray device into the receiving part of the expander, and the multi-phase fluid medium is expanded. The method to expand the compressed the multi-phase fluid medium according to the second version comprises components of fluid and gas, at the same time it includes stages, when they separate liquid from gas in the chamber, spray the liquid, repeatedly send the sprayed liquid back into the gas flow and expand the produced mix of the sprayed liquid and gas.
EFFECT: increased capacity of treatment of multi-phase fluid media with increased content of liquid by sending the fluid medium via a device of protection against a piston and/or spray device prior to compression or expansion.
