SUBSTANCE: method includes obtaining a multiphase contaminated feed stream (100) containing hydrocarbons, which contains at least a vapor phase, a liquid phase and a solid phase, creating suspension flow of raw material (120) from multiphase flow of raw material. Suspension feed stream is fed into crystallization chamber containing seed particles CO2. Liquid hydrocarbon feed stream (170) is obtained from crystallization chamber (91) to obtain concentrated suspension (140). Concentrated suspension (140) is removed from crystallization chamber (91) by means of extruder (142), thus obtaining solid CO2. Backward stream (141) containing CO2 seed particles having an average size greater than 100 micron is obtained from solid CO2. Return flow (141) is supplied to crystallization chamber (91).
EFFECT: present invention provides a method of separating CO2 from a contaminated feed stream containing hydrocarbons.
