FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in atomiser containing a hollow casing with nozzle and central core, the casing is made with liquid supply channel, and has bushing coaxial and rigidly connected with the casing with bottom nozzle, made as cylindrical two-step bushing, top cylindrical step is connected by thread connection with the central core installed with ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical bushing and comprising cylindrical part with secured coaxially with it in bottom part by means of the pin, pressed in the nozzle and rigidly connected with the cone baffle, having throttle holes, which axes are located perpendicularly to the cone surface creating the baffle, and ring clearance is connected with at least three radial channels made in the two-step bushing connecting its with the ring cavity created by the internal surface of the bushing and external surface of the cylindrical step, at that the ring cavity is connected with the casing channel for liquid supply. On the side surface of the cylindrical part of the central core in its bottom part connected with the cone baffle, at least two rows of the cylindrical throttle holes are made with axes in planes perpendicular to the core axis, and in each row at least three holes are made, at that the throttle hole axes of the same row are displaced relatively to the axes of the throttle holes of the another row by angle in range 15°÷60°.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.
