FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pipeline connections. Fitting for connection with pipe for operation in acid environment contains connection body, ring installed on end of the connection body, main seal made on the internal surface of the connection body, transition section located near the main seal, external and internal seals made on the internal surface of the connection body. The transient part is made as cavity in the internal surface of the connection body. When the ring is installed on at least one end of the connection body with forcer application, the ring and the connection body apply force to the main seal, external seal and internal seal for tight connection of the pipe and connection body. The fitting is made out of low alloy carbon steel. The main seal contains the first tooth, second tooth and third tooth. Options of fitting production for connection with pipe are described.
EFFECT: invention improves connection reliability without welding in acid environment.
