FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for production of dry mix of foamed concrete. Method involves feeding the detergent components of the dry mixture composition into the mixer and their thorough mixing with the dry pore-forming mixture. At the same time dry blowing-off mixture is prepared beforehand by mixing components of gas-forming agents - aluminium powder PAP-2, ferrosilicon FS-75, in ratio 50/50, foaming agent Hostapur OSB, sulphosuccinate as stabilizer, white soot BS-100. Then the components are fed into a common mixer at the following ratio: cement CEM 1 42.5 N - 400–700 kg, fly ash - 300–600 kg, microsilica SMU 85 - 2 % of cement weight, superplasticizer S-3 - 0.6 % weight of cement, sodium oleate - 0.6 % of cement weight, sodium gluconate - 0.2 % of cement weight, fibre - 1.5 kg per ton of cement and ash weight, said dry blowing mixture - 10 kg per ton of cement and ash weight. After that, the total composition obtained as a result of combined stirring is further subjected to impact mechanical activation at the UDAS plant - Horizon disintegrator, at high speeds - 2000 rpm of each basket. Then this mixture is additionally mixed with the same, only non-activated mixture without fibres at ratio of 25–75 %/75–25 %.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a homogeneous dry mixture, reduced bulk weight, high strength and frost resistance of non-autoclave foam concrete obtained from the disclosed dry mixture.
