FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: method includes creation in the flame arresting element before layer of granular body at side of the flame ingress of the combustion gases of the additional layer of the granular body out of microencapsulated fire extinguishing agent, which enclosure is thermally destructed by flame of the combustion gases, and the fire extinguishing substance is transferred from liquid state to gaseous one resulting in speed inhibition of the chemical reactions of flame of the combustion gases, at that the flame arresting element in the device for the flame retention and the combustion gases free passage is moved as result of the weight decreasing of the additional layer of the granular body out of the microencapsulated fire extinguishing agent, as result the control device of the shutoff-starting device and supply of the finely pulverized extinguishing agent towards flow of the combustion gases are started. In the device for fire retention and gases free passage the cartridge is divided in zones, each of them is filled with granular body. Zone filled with the additional layer of the granular body out of the microencapsulated extinguishing agent is made in form of microcapsules with the fire extinguishing agent, is located at side of the flame ingress of the combustion gases, and the fire arresting element has device moving upon weight decreasing of the additional layer of granular body out of microencapsulated extinguishing agent, and is connected with the control device of the shutoff-starting device to supply the finely pulverized fire extinguishing substance towards flow of the combustion gases, at that in the cartridge between the zones filled by different granular body a fixing grid is installed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the combustion gases flame extinguishing method, and creation of the barrier using the microencapsulated extinguishing agent preventing flame spreading in the channel for combustion gases or gas/air mixture removal.
