SUBSTANCE: essence of the claimed technical solution is in the process of combined fire extinguishing of flammable and combustible liquids, which includes simultaneous the coolant jet feeding in cocurrent flow to the extinguishing powder combustion zone in a form of fire extinguishing powder jet and on a burning surface, at the same time nanopowder with which a fire environment inhibition is produced for a time sufficient to suppress the flame is used as the fire extinguishing powder, and a foam is used as a refrigerant.
EFFECT: use of the claimed combined method of flammable and combustible fire extinguishing improves the efficiency of suppression on explosion/fire hazardous facilities in an emergency situation.
