FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: after diffusion saturation of the metal products in low-melting liquid metal melt the products are cleaned of melt traces, and are subjected to thermal action on the product material by movement in layer of salt melt with temperature specified for heat treatment of the coated product material. The salt melt includes following components in wt %: BaCl2 from 51 to 55, NaCl from 19 to 21, KCl from 24 to 30. device contains one chamber with three zones. In bottom zone of the chamber in the heating device an ampoule with low-melting liquid metal solution is located, and above it in the middle zone of the chamber the protective antioxidant bed is located, it contains salt melt containing chlorides of Ba, Na and K, creates cone of melt traces cleaning and has temperature set for heat treatment of the coated product. Thickness of the specified protective antioxidant bed is equal or higher the thickness of bed of low-melting liquid metal solution located in the ampoule. The top zone of the pre-heating chamber is filled with air. From top the chamber is covered with lid, in which movable stock is installed. The heating device is made external, temperature regulation of the middle zone of the chamber is ensured by vertical movement of the hat insulating enclosure.

EFFECT: reduced duration and cost of complete process cycle of ready products manufacturing with diffusion coatings, extended range of coated materials, reduced material and power consumption, process is simplified.
