Said panels comprises side panels including LH board side panel and RH board side panel. Hull can vary its configuration between folded and unfolded conditions and comprises flexible web connected with rear end of said panels. Flexible web features, in fact, a compact configuration with as-folded hull to make a watertight barrier with as-unfolded hull. Folding stiff transom cam be connected with at least one of LH board side panels and RH board side panels with as-folded hull.
