FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in the metallisation method of autoclave wall materials, the surface of autoclave wall materials is previously covered with 10-30% aqueous solution of alkali silicate and alumina cement in their weight ratio of (3-19):1, and plasma powder spraying of non-ferrous metals is carried out at operation power of plasmatron equal to 6-2 kW.
EFFECT: improving the quality of final products, increasing the resistance to frost and bonding strength of coating with base due to acceleration of metallisation process, reducing the energy intensity of production.
