SUBSTANCE: method of autoclave walling materials glazing involves semi-dry pressing, autoclave processing, plasma melting of face surface by plasma torch of plasmatron before autoclave processing, at plasmatron power of 12 kW and plasma torch travel speed of 0.3 mps over face surface, and quality control of finished product.
EFFECT: enhanced durability of glazing layer grip to substate, reduced glazing time and power cost.
