SUBSTANCE: composite material for production of propellant bullets contains an organic polymeric matrix made of rubber, vulcanizing ingredients and dispersed powdery metal weighing material. The material includes the following components, wt. pt. (per 100 rubber wt. pt.): butadiene - nitrile rubber 40.0-60.0; polychloroprene rubber 60.0-40.0; vulcanizing agents - sulphur 0.6-0.8; calcinated magnesia 2.4-2.6; zinc oxide 4.0-6.0; sulphenamide C 1.6-1.8; process additives - paraffin 2.8-3.2; stearin acid 0.8-1.2; antiagers - naftam-2 0.8-1.2; diafen FP 1.4-1.6; softener - dibutyl phthalate 16.0-18.0; fillers - technical carbon P 803 75.0-85.0, powdery iron weighing material - PZhV2.160.30 or PZhR2.200.30 490.0-492.0.
