SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to protective tubes with interlock, wherein interlocks shaped to ensure engagement with panel holes are pressed as a component of protective tubes containing electric wires, and to apparatus for manufacturing protective tubes with interlock. The protective tubes with interlock, wherein interlock is designed to engage with mounting hole in the panel is manufactured by pressing, and namely moulded under pressure together with protective tube whereto an electric wire is inserted, and apparatus for manufacturing protective tubes with interlock is developed. The protective tube with interlock (1) includes interlock (3) intended for engagement with mounting hole of the panel, whereat electric wire is laid at outer peripheral surface of the protective tube (2) having tubular shape and receiving an electric wire 23.
