FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: magnetic module is manufactured in the form of magnetic pole or stator stack of elongated-stator linear motor. Module has core stack 8 built of ferromagnetic material and at least one structural member 12, 13, 14 such as pole plates, frame, yokes. Novelty is that core stack 8 is assembled of non-machines electric iron sheets and mounted in mold, then these sheets are joined together to form core stack 8 by injecting hardening mixture in mold 28, 75 and partially or fully hardening this mixture by gelatinization under pressure using only one operation. In the course of same operation finished stack 8 is joined with structural member 12, 13, 14 to form module possessing desired electrical, magnetic, mechanical, and/or geometric properties. EFFECT: reduced manufacturing cost, enhanced mechanical strength of module and its resistance to atmospheric impacts. 13 cl, 16 dwg
