FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: process air-conditioning system contains upstream series installed external and recirculation air mixing chamber, primary and secondary filters (F1, F2), an air washer (AC - adiabatic coolers), surface air coolers (SAC), eliminator (E - eliminators), and also fans. At the outer air inlet, at the recirculation and discharge air outlets flap-valve grids are installed, besides, the flap-valve grids are installed in primary and secondary filters (F1, F2) and in air coolers (SAC), and the area of their frontal section amounts 0.1 - 0.7 of the area of the front section of filters or air coolers.
EFFECT: decrease of power air consumption conditioning system fans.
