FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: recirculation unit contains filter for aspiration air cleaning, conditioner, fan and recirculating duct of additionally cleaned air. Filter contains module of two stage cleaning and module of air additional cleaning, containing chamber of additional dust catching with vertically installed in it filtering cartridges, chamber of additionally cleaned air with service door, two outlet nozzles, and header for additionally cleaned air removal. At that header is connected at input with inlet nozzles, and at output by air duct with suction nozzle of the fan, its discharge nozzle is connected with the recirculating duct of additionally cleaned air. The conditioner has supply and exhaust chambers, having inlet and outlet nozzles, air cleaners and fan units, supply air cooler, adiabatic humidifiers of exhaust and supply air with supply water line. Recirculating unit has module of supply air conditioning and its mixing with recirculating additionally cleaned air, made as two-tier and containing top and bottom service chambers. The conditioner is installed in top chamber with creation of the service platform between rear end wall of the chamber of additionally cleaned air and face wall of the conditioner, and its nozzles arrangement against installation holes for air ducts on side walls of the chamber. In the bottom chamber RO unit is installed for tap water demineralization, control cabinet for air humidifiers with control controller. Bottom service chamber has service door and outlet two-side nozzle for common flow of the conditioned supply and recirculated additionally cleaned air, they are located on its rear side wall. Recirculating air duct of additionally cleaned air has two one-side tees with straight tie-in, first tee along air flow direction is made as supplying, and second tee is gathering, and air duct for mixing the conditioned supply and additionally cleaned air routed through bottom service chamber and connected at output with outlet two-side nozzle for common flow of the conditioned supply and recirculating additionally cleaned air. Direct tie-in of supplying one-side tee of the recirculating air duct of additionally cleaned air is connected by air duct with the inlet nozzle of exhaust chamber of the conditioner. Outlet nozzle of the supply chamber of the conditioner is connected with air duct by direct tie-in gathering single-side tee of the recirculating air duct of additionally cleaned air.
EFFECT: stability of microclimate parameters of industrial rooms, expansion of unit functionality.
