FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening of rails to cross ties. The guiding plate is designed with a possibility of fixing on the base (2). A spring group element (13) with an end face which supports the rail (S) in assembly position. The isolating element (19) is designed with a possibility of installation on the rail support (F), and by means of it the spring group element (13) effects the rail (S) support (F), in the assembly position. The isolating element (19) is installed on the guiding plate (3) with a possibility of rotation. The rail (S) base fastening system contains the guiding plate (3), the spring group element (13) which being completely assembled presses the rail by means of, at least, one spring lever (15). The isolating element (19) which is installed in the completely assembled system (1) between the spring lever (15) end and the rail (S). The spring group element (13) is designed with a possibility of effecting the rail (S) by means of the isolating element (19) and the tension element (17) for clamping the spring group element (13). The isolating element (19) is installed on the guiding plate (3) with a possibility of rotation.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improvement of reliability and simplification of rail fastening assembly.
