SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rail fastening system. Rail fastening system (1) for elastic fastening with force closure of rail (2) to sleeper (3) of rail track includes at least one guide angle plate (5) to be fixed on sleeper (3) with at least one fastener (4) having rod (12) and at least one tension clamp (6). Guide angle plate (5) has a possibility of retaining tension clamp (6) in pre-installation position (I) and in final assembly position (II). On guide angle plate (5) or in it, and/or in element (13) to be connected to guide angle plate (5) there is sealing element (17) that, both in pre-installation position (I) and in final assembly position (II), adjoins with at least one first sealing surface (8) tightly to rod (12) of fastener (4) and at least with one second sealing surface (9) to guide angle plate (5) and/or to element (13) be connected to guide angle plate (5).

EFFECT: possibility of easy and automated assembly of the system; with that, the system has high electric resistance.
