FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to machine building and can be used in aircraft engines to disconnect a drive shaft (2) of auxiliary equipment and a driving shaft (3). The device comprises a clutch jaw (5) fitted by the first teeth (8) and the first recesses (6) aimed at travelling in the longitudinal direction along the first shaft of the shafts (2) as a result of interacting with the second recesses (7) set on the shaft (2) and at engaging or disengaging the said first teeth (8) with the second teeth (9) set on the shaft (3). The device comprises a unit for longitudinal movement including a fixed part (10) affecting the part (11) movable in the longitudinal direction to move the clutch jaw (5) between the shaft connection position and the shaft disconnection position. The longitudinal movement unit drives the clutch jaw (5) as a result of interaction of the part (13) fixed in respect of rotation and the part (14) coupled with the said clutch jaw and driven into rotation together with it, in the course of normal operation a longitudinal gap (15) between the part fixed in respect of rotation and the part driven into rotation, is maintained.

EFFECT: reduced wear parts.
