FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: tightening device contains the tie band with the first end and the second end, and the tightening head with housing which is fixed on the tie band near the first end and through which the second end of the tie band can pass. The tie band on the surface has a geometrical engagement element which is designed with a possibility of engagement with the engagement element in the housing. The engagement element is designed as a tightening screw joined with the housing by hinged joint with a possibility of rotation between the passing position in which the tie band can be dragged through the housing, and the engagement position in which the tightening screw is engaged with the geometrical engagement element.
EFFECT: pre-set possibility of change of diameter, possibility of higher tightening force is provided.
