FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises permeable wheel arranged between the boards and provided with top and bottom shields and vertical guides. The latter accommodate replaceable module including stationary power section. The latter is equipped with handling winch with fluid drive, central lock with fluid drive and lines of communication with central underwater vehicle systems. Moving cargo section is hung at winch chain by mating part of said central lock to displace in said well in said guides and to be fixed at top and bottom positions. This is effected by annunciators and locks provided with fluid drives installed at the well. Replaceable module power section top part is equipped with mechanical locks for fastening with appropriate seats in said wells while bottom part is provided with mechanical locks are connection with mating rods of cargo section. Communication means are composed of flexible sleeves with fast-release joints and electric cable with connectors their mating parts being arranged at the well. Cargo section fastening elements can simultaneously lock and squeeze said cargo section. Well bottom shield is composed of cargo section bottom with cargo component to be stopped for loading at bottom position. Replaceable module can vary the quantity and volume of cargo section cargo compartments.
EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability.
