FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device includes permeable shaft installed in external space, upper and lower boards, weight movable section installed on rails inside shaft, and lift. In permeable shaft above weight movable section, with the help of stops and clamps with hydraulic machines installed on shaft, additionally power stationary section is installed. Lift is installed on power section, being arranged in the form of chain winch with hydraulic motor. Chain of winch is connected to weight movable section. Movable section is equipped with clamps and stops with hydraulic machines installed on shaft, to fix weight movable section in extreme upper and lower positions. On power section lock is installed with hydraulic drive. Response part of lock is installed on weight movable section. Folding platform is fixed at the bottom of weight movable section. At power section and in lower area of shaft there are limit switches of weight movable section. Power section communicates with hydraulic system and system of submersible technical facility control.
EFFECT: possibility is achieved to operate device at depths of more than 1000 m, possibility to unload sections not only in dry dock, but also through upper opening of submersible technical facility body.
