FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: oscillation generating device comprises a rotor 1 connected by a reduction gear 11, a clutch 10 with a motor shaft 12 controlled by a control unit 13, a stator 2 rigidly fixed to the housing 9 of the device. The rotor 1 is removable and has two outlet windows 3 located at different levels. The stator 2 is a cylinder with an inlet window connected to an inlet pipe 6 and two outlet windows 4 connected to outlet pipes 7 and 8. In order to reduce the influence of a hydraulic shock in the regeneration of pulses of the generated flow in the rotor 1 there are additional windows 5 which provide the gap between the rotor 1 and the stator 2 at the alignment of the outlet windows 3 of the rotor 1 with the outlet windows 4 of the stator 2 in the initial and the final point of time.
EFFECT: reduction of errors of measurement of the flow and pressure of the generated liquid flow.
