FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: oscillation generating device comprises a rotor 1 connected by the reducer 11, a clutch 10 with the motor shaft 12 controlled by the control unit 13, the stator 2 fixed rigidly to the body 9 of the device. The rotor 1 has two outlet windows 3 located on different levels. The stator 2 is a cylinder with an inlet window connected to the inlet pipe 6 and the two outlet windows 4 connected with the outlet pipes 7 and 8. In order to reduce the hydraulic shock between the inner surface of the stator 2 and the outer surface of the rotor 1 there is a gap 5 which area does not exceed the error of the wetted cross-section of the flow.
EFFECT: reduction of measurement errors of the flow rate and the pressure of the generated fluid flow in regeneration of pulses of the generated flow of various shapes and amplitudes.
