FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention covers the device for protection of neck and head at collision of vehicle overturning. Proposed device is composed of belt 1 connected by its ends to two sides of car rear seat headrest 2 and crosswise belts 4. Device main belt is set at either the passenger forehead height by adjustment of headrest height. Device inner surface is provided with damping elements. Said device is used with standard safety belt. Unlike safety bags this device rules out the constraints related with smoking, use of cardio accelerator, glasses. Said retaining belt protects the passenger against both frontal and lateral shocks and prevents collision of passenger heads at rear seat. Proposed device can be readily incorporated with the car by simple replacement of headrests with those provided with above described device.
