SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication device. The wireless communication device includes a power amplifier (31) which amplifies a transmission signal, a transmission circuit (37) which processes the amplified transmission signal, an antenna (13) and a control unit (10e), which alternately activates and inactivates the power amplifier (31), wherein the transmission circuit is configured to match impedance between the transmission circuit (37) and the antenna (13) when the power amplifier (31) is activated, and adjust impedance from the antenna (13) towards the transmission circuit (37) into a high-impedance state when the power amplifier (31) is inactivated.
EFFECT: low power consumption, fewer component parts and improved efficiency during signal reception, which is achieved due to absence of an antenna switching module.
